At 12:31 a.m. Sunday morning, police responded to a call regarding a dispute outside 301 Chosin Few Way, the BCB Pavilion Center. Police observed a large crowd outside, many of which were engaged in a street fight, according to Police Capt. Janine Foy.

To break up the brawl, one officer used pepper spray, causing the group to disburse immediately, authorities said.

Only one individual remained after the crowd fled, a 25-year-old Bayonne resident, who was treated fro non-life threatening injuries at the Jersey City-Medical Center Barnabas Health, police said.

The origin of the victim’s injuries, nor the start of the fight could be determined, officials said.

According to the BCB Bank Pavilion’s Facebook page, the Tierra Caliente Rodeo hosted an event at the venue from 4p.m. until 11 p.m. on Saturday night.
