Jose A. Hernandez, 48, of North Bergen, was charged with second-degree distribution of cocaine, third-degree possession with intent to distribute Adderall, and third-degree possession with intent to distribute Oxycodone, Musella said in a statement.

Yesterday, during a narcotics investigation, Hernandez allegedly distributed approximately 15 grams of cocaine to an undercover detective. A search of his vehicle revealed additional suspected Adderall pills, Oxycodone tablets, and packaging material.

He was remanded to the Bergen County Jail pending a first appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack.

The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love and Musella thanked the Paramus Police Department for their assistance in this matter.
