Dear Editor,

It has been a rough seven years at the Bayonne Board of Education but now is not the
time to change. Long term residents are aware of the past issues and I believe the Board is on firmer ground.

New Visions are being created, finances are under control and a long-term plan is being developed.

I have always believed that one great person can make a difference and it becomes
infectious and I do still believe that.

The Board is definitely well lead by President Maria Valado and Vice President Christopher Munoz. Both Individuals are well equipped with a meticulous mind, a true natural passion for education and a never ending work ethic.

This Board has faced tremendous obstacles, and still does, but I know the “Together We
Can” team of Maria Valado, Christopher Munoz and Doc Watson will continue to put in the
hard time and do the work necessary no matter what and always do what is best and right for our children, parents and our teachers, while also keeping in mind the taxpayers of Bayonne.

John Milan Sebik
Bayonne resident
