The Jersey City Medical Center will host a “Women’s Wellness Night Out” next week, in partnership with the Rho Kappa Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority.

“We’re thrilled to bring together some of our top physicians to provide women in our community with essential tools and knowledge for prioritizing their health and well-being,” the JCMC Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology & Women’s Health Chair Dr. Lance Bruck said in a statement.
“At Women’s Wellness Night Out, attendees will have the opportunity to learn from experts in the field, connect with other women, and leave feeling empowered and equipped to take charge of their health.”
The evening will feature a physician panel, including Dr. Patricia Chau (M.D., OBGYN), Dr. Nadia Aurora (M.D., OBGYN), and Anne Lawson (CNM). Together, they’ll delve into mental health, stress management, and essential self-care practices.
