Todd was suspended without pay, city spokeswoman Jennifer Morrill confirmed, while sources added that computers from his firehouse were seized by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Cyber Crimes Unit.

Todd was arrested last week after a months-long investigation by the BCPO, police said.

If convicted, he could face up to 10 years in prison. He is being held at Bergen County jail until his next hearing on September 20.
