Harrison-Arnold started off by highlighting many of the achievements the board and Dr. Marcia Lyles have made with Jersey City Public Schools during her first three years as a member.

With heavy criticism being made of the improvement in graduation and dropout rates, Harrison-Arnold dismissed suggestions that the district was cooking the numbers.

Finally, Harrison-Arnold talked about what she plans to achieve in the next three years if elected, stressing teamwork and continuity, while subliminally referencing opposition candidate Lorenzo Richardson, as reason to elect her team to the board.
