The Hudson County Sheriff’s Office arrested 45 people, including a murder suspect, during a recent warrants sweep, Sheriff Frank Schillari announced.

“It is our duty to protect and serve the community, and the recent arrests we have made are a testament to our commitment to keeping our streets safe,” Schillari said in a statement.
“We will continue to work tirelessly to bring justice to those who break the law and peace to those who have been victimized.”
A full list of the suspects arrested, along with their alleged crimes, are listed below:
Homicide
Lyemel Summervile, 24, of Brooklyn, NY, is charged with purposely causing death, robbery by force, possession of a firearm for an unlawful purpose, conspiracy with multiple objectives, criminal restraint, possession of a handgun, criminal attempt, and aggravated assault with a weapon
Aggravated Assault
A suspect, 52, of Jersey City, name not released, is charged with aggravated assault (causing bodily injury with deadly weapon)
Mayenli Garcia, 40, of Jersey City, is charged with aggravated Assault on a health worker
Robbery
Walter S. Garcia, 44, of North Bergen, is charged with a robbery that inflicts bodily injury
Martin L. Love, 40 , of St. Petersburg, FL. is charged armed robbery with threat or fear of bodily injury
Abdul O. Salawu, 28, of Hackensack, is charged with robbery
Curtis T. Abernathy, 32, of Linden, is charged with robbery by force and conspiracy
Criminal Sexual Contact
Rossman Agbanlog, 26, of Jersey City, is charged with criminal sexual contact, endangering the welfare of a child, and offering/serving alcohol to a minor
Unlawful Possession of Weapon
Justin Moore, 48, of New York, NY, is charged with possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, threatening to kill, causing/attempting bodily injury, harassment, and improper behavior
Burglary
Roden Pitao, 46, of Jersey City, is charged with burglary
Simple Assault
A suspect, 41, Brooklyn, NY, no name given, is charged with simple assault, criminal mischief with damage, theft of moveable property, and threatening to commit a crime

Paul K. Snellings, 48, of Paterson, is charged with theft by unlawful taking (moveable property)
