“Our newly elected leadership reflects the strength and spirit of Hoboken. We’re ready to roll up our sleeves and get to work — registering voters, organizing neighborhoods, and ensuring that Hoboken continues to be a leader in progressive values across Hudson County,” Quintero said in a statement.
Joining Quintero on the executive committee are First Vice Chair Vanessa Falco, the division of housing director and a former councilwoman-at-large, Second Vice Chair Phil Cohen, the 5th Ward councilman, Third Vice Chair Matthew Hayden, the chair of the Hudson County Young Democrats.
Additionally, Marla Decker will serve as treasurer, Jason Ricketts is the recording secretary, the corresponding secretary is Mellisa McKeon, and Reny Rosado was appointed sergeant-at-arms.
Quintero was first elected as chair in April of last year and announced he’d be seeking re-election on the council last month as part of Councilwoman-at-Large Emily Jabbour’s slate as part of her bid for mayor, both as HCV first reported.
