“The Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Homicide Unit and the Bayonne Police Department are investigating a body found in a tarp late this afternoon in a wooded area near the northbound side of 440 by the 63rd St. exit. More info to follow,” the HCPO tweeted about a half hour ago.
