Bayonne Mayor Jimmy Davis, city council members and employees of the L group – who built the project – were in attendance for Park Bayonne, located at 1040 John F. Kennedy Boulevard, a new addition to the city.

Park Bayonne features new, high-end studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments with pristine amenities, such as a luxurious rooftop lounge with views of New York City and surrounding parks.

Park Bayonne also comes equipped with a fully stocked gym for residents.

During the ribbon cutting ceremony Davis stated, “If this is what the future of Bayonne is going to be, we are in good hands”, later adding “everybody benefits from a project like this.”

Following Davis, building developer Lance Lucarelli of The L Group stated, “I just want to say a few words to everyone who thought I was crazy for building this building and to the city of Bayonne for believing in me.”

“We built the building and we’re renting the building and you’re going to see Bayonne change enormously in the next 6-7 months because a lot of people are watching this building, to come here and invest their money to build other buildings, and to revitalize this city.”

After the ceremony, there was an open house for any prospective renters to view the facilities.
