Authorities seeking public’s help to ID suspect in alleged sexual assault in Secaucus

Authorities are seeking the public’s help to identify a suspect that is wanted for an alleged sexual assault at the Red Roof Inn in Secaucus, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez announced.

The Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit and the Secaucus Police Department have been investigating a sexual assault that allegedly occurred shortly after 1 a.m. on Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at the Red Roof Inn, located at 15 Meadowlands Parkway.

Investigators are seeking the public’s assistance and are releasing a composite sketch, pictured above, of the suspect to help with his identification. The sketch was developed by the New Jersey State Police Department Forensic Photography & Composite Artist Unit.

The man is described as a tall man with a large build, the prosecutor’s office said.
