“The Hudson County Regional Collision Investigation Unit is investigating a hit and run incident that occurred just before 1am this morning on First and Garden Streets in Hoboken in which a 24-year-old cyclist was seriously injured,” the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office tweeted this afternoon.
