Daniel Depasque, 49, of Harrison, is charged with one count of endangering the welfare of a child/possession of child sexual abuse material, a second-degree crime.

He was arrested at his residence and transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility pending his first court appearance.

In May 2025, members of the Hudson County Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force received information that child sexual abuse material was identified as being possessed at an address in Harrison.

During the course of the investigation, more than 1,500 items of child sexual abuse material were located belonging to the defendant, authorities said.
