Rideef Scruggs, 36, of East Orange, was charged with criminal sexual contact and lewdness, according to Police Chief Dennis Miller.

On Friday, March 17th, at approximately 1:30 p.m., the Secaucus Police Department Detective Division conducted an investigation related to an individual committing a lewd act in front of another security guard at Riverside Station Boulevard.

As a result of the probe, the police arrested Scruggs on the aforementioned charges, was issued his complaint summons, and was released from police custody.

In an email, Miller confirmed that this was the second time Scruggs was brought up on the same charges, with the first alleged incident occurring on March 7th.

The police chief said that once these charges were made public, another victim/co-worker came forward.
