Justin Rubio, 28, of Hoboken,  was charged with aggravated criminal sexual contact, burglary, criminal restraint, criminal trespass and resisting by flight, according to Police Det. Sgt. Jospeh Leonard.

At roughly 8:00 a.m. on March 22nd, Sgt. Nicholas Burke observed Rubio leaving the midtown parking garage with a woman chasing after him and screaming for help, authorities said.

Burke pursued him, with Rubio running into 333 Adams St, in an attempt to hide and escape from the pursuing officers.

After Burke called for backup, Police Officers Connor Milne and Christopher Barral arrived and helped apprehend Rubio.

The woman told police that Rubio grabbed her chest and tried to kiss her, officials said.

As a result, Rubio was arrested and remanded to the Hudson County Correctional Facility, police said.
