A Bayonne man, 67, has been charged with groping a 59-year-old woman’s breasts as she was walking up the stairs to her apartment yesterday, police said.

Czelaw Moscicki, 67, of Bayonne, was charged with criminal sexual contact, according to Police Capt. Eric Amato.
Moscicki was taken into custody at about 9:42 a.m. yesterday from the area of 43rd Street and Broadway. Officers responded to an apartment complex in the area on a report of a woman who had just been groped by a man.
According to the 59-year-old female victim, as she was ascending the stairs leading to her apartment, a man, later identified as Moscicki, walked passed her and grabbed her chest.
Officers located Moscicki still at the scene and began an investigation. The investigation resulted in him being positively identified as the aggressor and he was taken into custody and charged accordingly, authorities said.
