An armed robbery at the Bayonne GameStop last night led to over $23,000 in stolen merchandise and the suspects remain at large, police said.

The incident was reported at the GameStop, located at 205 LeFante Way, at approximately 8:12 p.m., according to Police Capt. Eric Amato.
The handle of a handgun was shown and fashioned in a manner that led the victim employee to believe the weapon was a handgun. The robbers ultimately removed over $23,000 worth of merchandise before fleeing.
No injuries were reported by the victim and the incident remains an active on ongoing investigation, therefore no further information will be released at this time, authorities said.
