Yesterday at approximately 4:28 p.m., the Jersey City Police Department was notified of a child who had fallen from a second floor window at 501 Central Ave., HCPO spokeswoman Caitlin Mota said in an email following an inquiry from HCV.
“The 3-year-old boy is currently in critical, but stable, condition at a local trauma center. The incident remains under investigation by the Special Victims Unit,” she added.
Jersey City police deferred comment to the HCPO, who did not have any further details at this time.
