“Last year, we expanded our markets to Southwest Hoboken, which has been a great addition to the neighborhood,” Mayor Ravi Bhalla said in a statement.

“The addition of the third market provides even more convenient options for fresh fruits and vegetables, along with other goods, for residents to help promote healthy lifestyles and bring the community together. Thank you to the many vendors and partners who have helped to make these markets possible.”

The Uptown Farmers’ Market, located under the 14th Street Viaduct between Grand and Adams Streets will begin on May 4th and occur every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. through December 21st.

The Southwest Farmers’ Market, which launched last year, will return to the Southwest Resiliency Park starting on June 6th. It will take place every Thursday from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. until November 21st.
