A GoFundMe page has been started for the family of West New York Police Officer David Martinez, who died just weeks before he planned on retiring after 25 years of service.

“It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Officer David Martinez, who left us on August 16, 2025. David proudly served the West New York Police Department for 25 years, dedicating his life to protecting and serving his community with honor, integrity, and compassion,” Lizzette Fernandez Aviles wrote in the GoFundMe page description.
“David was more than an officer — he was a devoted husband, a loving father to two beautiful daughters, and a deeply respected friend and colleague. His kindness, strength, and commitment to others left a lasting mark on everyone who knew him.”
The West New York Police Department announced that Martinez passed over the weekend, as HCV first reported, and few other details have been made public as of this writing.
The GoFundMe, which has a goal of $20,000, was started today to cover his funeral and memorial expenses, immediate financial support for his family, as well as long-term care and education costs for his daughters.
“David spent his life serving and protecting others — now it’s our turn to support the family he loved so dearly. Any donation, no matter the size, is greatly appreciated. If you’re unable to give, please consider sharing this campaign with others who may wish to help,” the page description also says.
“From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your kindness, support, and prayers as we honor Officer David Martinez’s life and legacy.”
Yet another victim in the tragic fallen of “sudden death” syndrome.
The Sudden Death Syndrome coincides with the mRNA injections. Yet, in the US there’s no study on any of this nor the victims. Starting to see the rise of cancers and sadly among the very young and youths.
The reports indicate they were rare to non-existent in so many cases. Yet the silence and censorship.
If this Officer did not die as a result of an mRNA vaccination, then I sincerely hope his family is able, if so inclined to sue “Exiled Truth” for Slander.

Dude, people in their 50s have died for a long time, and they don’t always tell you the reasons publicly. When people used to die of covid people would question it. Now you think you know he died of the vaccine. Sounds like you just like politicians.
Doesn’t the PBA pay funeral expenses. Why beg from residents to pay for his lifestyle and choices of no savings after 25 years of honorable service ?
D-bag. Residents don’t have to contribute. People who know the family can contribute to help support the family with an unexpected loss, not for a lifestyle of someone no longer on earth. Children are now left with a single parent. If you want to be a jerk show your name instead of hiding behind your keyboard.
