Nevaeh Hernandez, a six-year-old student at Lincoln School, will have her viewing at the Vainieri Funeral Home, located at 5923 John F. Kennedy Blvd. in North Bergen, from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Friday.

Freeholder Chairman Anthony Vainieri (D-8), the director of the funeral home, told Hudson County View that he will be donating all his services to the family.

The Hernandez family has seen a groundswell of community support since the young girl’s passing, with a GoFundMe page raising a staggering $23,699 since late Monday night – shattering their $15,000 goal.

Additionally, the funeral mass will be held at the St. Augustine Church in Union City, 3800 New York Ave., Saturday at 10 a.m., though family and friends are encouraged to arrive by 9 a.m. to prepare for the ceremony.

At the conclusion of the mass, Hernandez will be laid to rest at the Flower Hill Cemetery in West New York, 5533 John F. Kennedy Blvd.
