Bayonne City Hall to close on 2 p.m. on Friday for installation of new generator

Bayonne City Hall will close at 2 p.m. on Friday for the installation of a new generator, with anyone wishing to pay their taxes still able to do so online or at the local branches of the BCB Bank.

Second quarter property taxes are due Wednesday, May 10th,  and the online payment system is available through the City of Bayonne website.

Additionally, the BCB Bank has six locations in the Peninsula City: 104-110 Avenue C, 181 Avenue A, 508 Broadway, 860 Broadway, 987 Broadway, or right across from City Hall (630 Avenue C) at 611 Avenue C.

  1. Our tax dollars at work. Real convenient for the citizens of this town. All those monuments in front of the people’s hall and now they are putting a monster of a generator in front as well. Cutting down trees???? Again?
