A Bayonne man was charged with pulling a pocket knife during an argument near a local middle school, police said.

Patrick Marinner, 30, of Bayonne, was charged with aggravated assault, possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose and unlawful possession of a weapon, according to Police Capt. Janine Foy.
On June 4th at about 8:07 p.m., at an undisclosed location on West 31st Street near Dr. Walter F. Robinson Community School, Marinner threatened a 44-year-old victim with during a verbal altercation, authorities said.
Police found him to be in possession of a small pocket knife when he was arrested, officials said.
They should rename it “Bayomme.” Just a thought. Marinner might agree.
