6-inch water main break in West New York leaves 1,500 affected

Repair crews are working to fix a six-inch water main break in West New York that occurred late this afternoon, officials said.

SUEZ Water crews are working to repair a 6-inch water main break between the intersections of 50th and 52 Streets and Hudson and Bergenline Avenues, they announced on social media.

Approximately 1,500 customers are affected by the water main break and crews will remain on site until water is restored.
