A man fell to the ground, stopped breathing, was revived with CPR and then arrested for possession of PCP in front of a Burger King in Jersey City, police said.Â

Michael F. Jones, 38, no known address, was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (cocaine and morphine) and bail jumping, according to Port Authority police spokesman Joe Pentangelo.
At about 8 p.m. on Monday, Port Authority police saw a man standing in front of Burger King on 12th Street in Jersey City. The suspect fell over and appeared to be in distress, as he then went limp and was not breathing, authorities said.
He was administered CPR and began to breathe again. EMTs arrived and found the man conscious, but not responding to verbal instructions or questions. A small glass bottle containing suspected PCP was then found in his possession, officials said.
He was taken Christ Hospital in an ambulance and once his identity was established, a computer check determined that he had two outstanding warrants, police said.
One warrant was from Jersey City and one was from Hudson County for larceny.
After Jones was released from the hospital, he was placed under arrest by Port Authority police and taken to Hudson County jail, authorities said.
