Twilight Thrift Shop, located at 2845 John F. Kennedy Blvd. in Jersey City, is announcing a full reopening after a brief closure in August was necessary due to a ceiling collapse.

“When we first took control of the space, Payless had left it in complete disrepair. The shelving all had to be removed and the basement was full of trash,” owner Brittany Graziosi said in a statement.
“With the help of friends and fellow local artists, especially Sam and Sebastian of Serpent and Scholar, we were able to fully transform a dilapidated discount shoe store into a functional artist space and eventually a fully stocked thrift store.”
What began as a small indoor flea market has since grown into a fully stocked thrift store, offering a unique blend of vintage, handmade, and modern items.
The shop also now features three local vendors: J&J Boutique, which offers name-brand styles at discount prices, Originelle Closet, a curated collection of handmade, vintage, and modern treasures, as well as Midge Blitz, showcasing originally designed witchy wares and hand-printed, repurposed, one-of-a-kind clothing pieces.
Additionally, Twilight Thrift Shop includes a section from the Jersey City Oddities Market, founded by Graziosi, where shoppers can discover a curated selection of oddities, antiques, and curiosities.
Furthermore, beyond in-store shopping, Twilight Thrift Shop offers both online and in-person estate sale services, estate clean-outs, and accepts donations of home goods and clothing any day the shop is open.
“We’re grateful for the community’s support as we reopen and look forward to providing even more unique and affordable finds. It’s been an exciting journey from our flea market beginnings to where we are today, and we’re ready to bounce back and continue serving our customers,” Graziosi added.
The store is open on Monday through Saturday between 11 a.m. through 7 p.m., as well as on Sunday between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.
