In a letter to the editor, Hoboken Republican Party Executive Secretary Pavel Sokolov, also the Hudson County GOP Executive Director, weighs in on the assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump (R).
Dear Editor,
The Hoboken Republican Party strongly condemns all acts of political violence and in our hearts we pray for those who lost their lives and were injured as a result of the assassination attempt on President Trump’s life.
We are thankful to hear that he is in good health and pray for a quick recovery.
Many of us attended the Wildwood Rally and know first hand the importance of not allowing those who would silence us with violence to win.
Myself, Chairman Joseph and others traveled to Milwaukee to represent New Jersey as part of President Trump’s delegation and are proud to be a part of this historic event.
Finally, we call on Mayor Ravi Bhalla, and his council allies, Jabbour, Cohen, and Quintero who have made their careers in Hoboken demonizing and attacking Republicans, to openly and unequivocally repudiate the divisive rhetoric that has led to this horrible attack.

Can Pavel point to his previous statements on the other acts of violence to Democrats in the past?
We don’t know all the Democrats who suffered political violence in recent years.
When Antifa and the BLM Marxists were rampaging through cities, rioting, murdering and burning down whole areas from Minny to Kenosha, and all points around the country, Democrats were busy celebrating it while Kamala Harris was openly fundraising to get violent criminals arrested freed on bail.
There were dozens killed, over two billion in damages and many minority neighborhoods burned down leaving them without the ability to shop at a local supermarket. They were ignored and abandoned by the Democrat corporate media as “broken egg” victims, not worthy of consideration.
Of course, there’s Paul Pelosi cited for his strange “date” with a weird guy who lived in some sort of hippie bus. Then there’s Gretchen Wichmer, the acclaimed victim of a “kidnapping” instigated and run by the Feds to create an appearance of victimhood before the 2020 election.
Americans are sick of the hate, cynical division tactics and violence pushed by people like Biden, the DNC and Bhalla acting as if Republicans are not human beings and don’t matter.
Don’t even get me started on an actual hate crime with that Ravi Terror Flier. Who will finally step up and give evidence to law enforcement? There’s plenty of people in the know. Plenty!
Thank God Trump is ok. The dems have engaged in the most devious acts to try to knock Trump out of the race. They have weaponized the courts and brought one frivolous case after another against him. Just last week Biden said there needs a bullseye to be put on him and the dems in Congress introduced legislation to deny Trump Secret Service protection. Their depravity knows no end!! And pathological liars too. Trump 2024.
