Special Hoboken Housing meeting turns into Wefer vs. Garcia verbal skirmish

The Hoboken Housing Authority Board of Commissioners tabled a resolution to expand the scope of a special counsel after a letter from HUD stating the agency was “unable to ascertain the validity of the allegations or support the justification of the HHA Board to procure special counsel.”
