Mark Albiez, the Deputy Director of Parks and Recreation who is generally regarded as Union City Mayor/state Sen. Brian Stack’s (D-33) right hand man, has resigned and is expected to team up with Jersey City Mayor Steven Fulop by the middle of the month.
