Andrew Miller, 30, of Newark, is accused of criminal sexual contact, according to Port Authority police spokesman Joe Pentangelo.

At approximately 8:30 a.m. on Monday, August 8, the 24-year-old victim reported that she was touched inappropriately by a man aboard a PATH train in Jersey City, which was traveling to Harrison, officials said.

The victim, an Essex County resident, notified Port Authority police of the incident and refused medical attention. She was then able to identify a photo of the suspect from a surveillance video, authorities said.

Port Authority police officers saw and identified Miller around 5 p.m. yesterday, placing him under arrest without incident. Miller is currently at the Hudson County jail in Kearny, police said.
