Jersey City Mayor Steven Fulop, Newark Mayor Ras Baraka and Paterson Mayor Joey Torres met at the HUB Shopping Center at 360 Martin Luther King Dr. in Jersey City on Monday to explain a new public safety initiative that will include a tri-city public safety unit that will share officers, intelligence and various other resources.
