The Union City Police Department tweeted that Matthew Padro was found at 2:28 p.m.

“Please help us bring Matthew Padro home. He is in crisis and may be injured. Matthew was last seen this morning in the area 5th Street in Union City,” the UCPD tweeted at 1:55 p.m.

“If you have any information about his whereabouts please immediately call UCPD at 201-865-1111.”
