At approximately 9 p.m. yesterday, a car crashed into the Farmers Insurance building at 5601 Bergenline Ave., likely due to a mechanical malfunction, according to a source with knowledge of the situation.
No one was injured as a result of the crash and the driver was coincidentally issued a summons for driving an uninsured vehicle after authorities followed up on the incident today, the source said.
Additionally, the vehicle was towed from the scene after officials deemed it unsafe to drive.
cant believe all this guy got was a summons for no insurance, the laws have to be changed and made tougher. This time no innocent person got hurt or killed , but what about next time, God help us with drivers like this one.
