Yadira Estevez, 36, of Secaucus, was charged with counterfeiting last week, Miller said in a statement.
Esteves was charged via complaint summons on Monday, August 2nd, at approximately 1:09 p.m., in furtherance of an investigation that was conducted by the Secaucus Police Department Detective Division in relation to an anonymous tip they received on July 3rd regarding the selling of merchandise with fake brand names online.
Miller told HCV that the other fake merchandise included items falsely branded being from Gap, Chanel, Puma, and Adidas.
As a result, Estevez was served her summons and released from police custody, the chief added.
