A Secaucus man was charged with masturbating inside his car while in two different parking lots on the same day, according to Police Chief Dennis Miller.

Brian Digangi, 38, of Secaucus, was charged with two counts of lewdness, Miller said in a statement.
On August 31st at approximately 3:18 p.m., it was reported to the police that an individual was observed masturbating inside a motor vehicle in the parking lot of Kohl’s, located at 3 Mill Creek Drive.
Miller added that it was further reported to the police a short while later that another individual observed a man masturbating in his vehicle in the parking lot of Marshall’s. located at 400 Millcreek Drive.
In furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Department Detective Division, on September 3rd at approximately 6:18 p.m., officers responded to Radio Avenue and arrested Digangi.
He was issued his complaint summonses and was released from police custody, authorities said.
