A 29-year old Secaucus man is charged with making sexual contact with a relative last week, with few details being released to protect her identity, Police Chief Dennis Miller said.

On March 24th at approximately 1:46 p.m., in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Department Detective Division, authorities arrested a 29-year-old man, of Secaucus, for aggravated sexual contact and endangering the welfare of a child.
Miller told HCV in an email that the arrestee “is related to victim who is 14, therefore we must hold his name to protect her identity.”
The man was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody, with no additional details in the matter being released at this time.
