Police: Pennsylvania man, 36, arrested for May sexual assault at Secaucus hotel

A 36-year-old Pennsylvania was arrested last week for a sexual assault at a Secaucus hotel that occurred back in May, police said.

On November 11th at 3:28 p.m., in furtherance of an investigation being conducted by the
Secaucus Police Department Detective Division in relation to an incident that occurred at
the Aloft Hotel, located at 460 Harmon Meadow Boulevard, on May 29th, Police Chief Dennis Miller said.

Felipe Forbes, 36, of Scranton, PA, was charged with sexual assault, served his complaint warrant, and then transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility.

Additionally, the victim was known to the suspect, Miller stated.
