On Friday around 5:36 a.m., authorities responded to Deli Delight, located at 732 Avenue E, on a report of an armed robbery, according to Police Lt. Eric Amato.

A 43-year-old female employee, as well as a 37-year-old male employee, of the establishment told police that a man wearing a ski mask entered the store and pointed a gun at the female worker’s head.

The man then opened the register and stole $120 before fleeing the scene, officials said.

There is an ongoing investigation underway to identify and locate the robber.
