The New Jersey Transit Police Department is seeking a man who masturbated in front of a victim at the Danforth Avenue Hudson-Bergen Light Rail Station in Jersey City this week, according to a BOLO alert.

On Thursday, May 12th, at approximately 12:19 a.m., a man identified as Marvin Vargas (pictured above) has been issued a warrant for lewdness and criminal sexual contact.
The victim told NJTPD officers that she was walking to the Danforth Avenue station and Vargas followed her for about a block, prompting her to call a friend to wait with her on a bench.
“The actor then began masturbating and ejaculated on the platform near the victim and left the station,” the BOLO alert says.
