“This Monday, May 25th, our walk up test site (465 Marin Blvd) will no longer require appointments,” the city’s official Twitter page wrote on Friday.

Standard nasal swab testing will be available on Mondays and Wednesdays between 8 a.m. and 11:30 a.m., while antibody testing – which requires a vial of blood being drawn – will be possible between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. – Monday through Friday.

The only requirement necessary for residents to get tested is proof of address.

Jersey City opened two coronavirus testing sites on March 27th and began offering free testing to all residents on May 4th.

As of Thursday, the city has reported 6,709 coronavirus cases and 406 deaths.
