“Hudson County parks will be closed tomorrow so that a system-wide clean up of downed trees and branches can be completed caused by the tropical storm. Tonight’s Free Movie in the Park at sunset is canceled,” the county government page tweeted.

While flooding concerns ended up being unfounded in Hudson, the severe weather lead to dozens of downed trees and power lines countywide, along with thousands still stuck without power – which could last for two to three days.

While PSEG has provided a website where customers can report outages, that site has been down for the majority of the afternoon thus far.
