The Hudson County Chamber of Commerce will host Democratic gubernatorial candidate Sean Spiller, the New Jersey Education Association president, at a lunch meeting in Jersey City next week.

This is part of the chamber’s Meet the Candidates Series, where they are inviting all major candidates for New Jersey Governor through its Employer Legislative Committee (ELC).
Spiller, also a former Montclair mayor, is the fourth Democratic in the race to meet with the Hudson County Chamber of Commerce ahead of the June 10th primary.
Jersey City Mayor Steven Fulop, former state Senate President Steve Sweeney, and Newark Mayor Ras Baraka have all spoke at prior events hosted by the chamber.
U.S. Reps. Josh Gottheimer (D-5) and Mikie Sherrill (D-11) round out the Democratic filed for governor in the effort to succeed incumbent Phil Murphy (D), who is term limited from running again.
