The morning kicks off with a Kids Fun Run, a 100-meter dash for children ages 2 and up at 8:30 a.m., followed by a one-mile run/walk/stroll at 9 a.m., and a timed 5K race at 10 a.m.. All proceeds will benefit the Hoboken Public School District.

Additionally, there will be prizes for top finishers and other giveaways, with Hoboken’s school mascots, student athletes, musicians, and others providing entertainment.

To that end, district music teacher Domenick Panfile will open the event with the national anthem and announcements, while Brian McMullan, a well-known Wallace Elementary
parent and District employee, will serve as emcee.

DJ WildChilde will also be playing music for the duration of the event.

Currently, more than 800 participants are signed up and more information on the event can be found here.
