UPDATED: Hoboken PSOA seeking public’s help to locate 21-year-old with special needs


The Hoboken Police Superior Officers Association tweeted at 7:25 p.m. that Christopher Kelly had been found safely and returned home.

The Hoboken PSOA is seeking the public’s help to locate a 21-year-old with special needs that went missing this afternoon.

Kelly, 21, went missing from the Shop Rite area, located at 900 Madison St., of the city around 3 p.m. this afternoon, the Hoboken PSOA tweeted.

At the time he went missing, he was wearing blue denim shorts, a white tee shirt, and Nike sneakers.

According to police, he was also carrying a Walmart bag with the paperwork to fulfill his prescriptions.
