Hoboken police seeking public’s help to identify assault, robbery suspects

The Hoboken Police Department is seeking the public’s help to identify an assault and a robbery suspect from two separate incidents from last month.

On April 7th, the individual depicted in the first photo was involved in an altercation with a victim while at the Cadillac Cantina, located at 80 River Street. The victim was struck in the face and suffered facial injuries, according to Det. Lt. Edgardo Cruz.

The suspect in the photo is described as a white male that is approximately six-feet, one inches tall with multiple tattoos covering his left arm.

Additionally, the four males depicted in the second photo are persons of interest in a robbery that occurred on April 27th. On this date, four males approached and surrounded the victim in the area of 4th and Monroe Street, authorities said.

They struck the victim and threw him to the ground, fleeing the scene with the victim’s wallet and sneakers. They were last seen fleeing West on 4th Street through the Hoboken Housing Authority area and later towards Jersey City, police said.

The victim did not suffer any serious injuries and was later released on scene after he was given medical attention. The males in the photo are seen about one hour prior to the incident inside the 7-11 at 422 Washington Street, officials said.

They matched the description given and are believed to be the same males involved in the incident.
