Jamaal George, 47, of Newark, and Katrina Bullock, 41, of Jersey City, are facing multiple charges regarding possession and distribution of marijuana, methamphetamine, cocaine and psilocybin, as well as weapons possession charges.

On September 11th, the gangs task force executed a court-authorized search warrant at King George Clothing and Accessory Store located at 426 Ocean Ave., also known as Ocean Boutique, after receiving information that narcotics were allegedly being sold within the business.

Various suspected narcotics and a firearm were found within the storefront.

A third individual, a 35-year old Jersey City woman, who was inside the store at the time of the search was charged with possession of marijuana and released on a summons.

Additional charges have been filed against Jamaal George in Essex County after a second handgun and narcotics were recovered during court-authorized searches in Newark.

Suarez credited the Gang Task Force with the investigations and arrests, with assistance by the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office, Newark Police Department, and Hudson County Sheriff’s Office K-9 Unit.

  1. I’m tired of these news of the same low level arrests in neighborhoods that were plaque by the same system that created this mess of a to begin with, what happened to the Sackler family the biggest DOPE dealer in this Century !!
And yet, not one of them served a day in jail, so miss me with the usual headlines about a problem this system created, and talk about this two tier system of government that has to be fixed and addressed.. #persecutionWITHOUTsolutions🖕🏾

  2. Yes, the Sackler family typifies one of the ugly realities of the U.S. justice system. Wealth has kept many a criminal from ever setting foot in a jail cell and that reality is just a reality in the world we live in today – particularly here in the U.S. Regardless, those of lessor wealth have to realize the consequences of illegal activities and as they say, “if you do the crime be prepared to do the time”.
