The family of one of the six Jersey City shooting victims, who leaves behind a wife and daughter, is seeking the publicâ€™s help to cover his funeral expenses.

â€œHe had been working at the store for about a year before this devastating and unexpected loss. We would appreciate any help from the community to help his family cover funeral expenses.â€
Rodriguez, also known as Miguel Douglas, was one of four civilians killed in Tuesdayâ€™s horrific act of gun violence. He was an employee at the Jersey City Kosher Supermarket where the majority of the shots were fired two days ago.
As of 11:15 a.m., 332 donors had contributed $12,695 towards their $30,000 goal.
The GoFundMe page forÂ fallen Police Det. Joseph Seals, a husband and father of five, had already raised $223,000 as of 10:30 a.m. this morning.
The two shooters, who are also deceased, are â€œprime suspectsâ€ in the death of an Uber driver in Bayonne and law enforcement officials are set to disclose more details from the incident at a press conference today at noon.
