The Everytown for Gun Safety Action Fund is endorsing Hoboken Councilwoman-at-Large Emily Jabbour for mayor, noting that she founded the Hudson County Chapter of Moms Demand Action in 2016 after witnessing an active shooter drill at her daughter’s pre-K.

“I am honored to receive the endorsement of Everytown for Gun Safety, the largest gun violence prevention organization in America,” she said in a statement.
“As mayor, I’ll continue to treat gun violence prevention like the life-saving issue it is. My administration will focus on prevention, not just reaction.”
Moms Demand Action, a part of Everytown, is a national grassroots movement of Americans fighting for public safety laws that protect people from gun violence.
They have chapters in every state and Washington, D.C., and is also part of Everytown for Gun Safety, the largest gun violence prevention organization in the country with nearly 11 million supporters.
Additionally, Moms Demand Action has named Jabbour, former U.S. Treasury official Dini Ajmani, and 3rd Ward Councilman Mike Russo a “gun sense candidate” in the Hoboken mayoral race.
Others competing in the non-partisan November 4th municipal contest are 2nd Ward Councilwoman Tiffanie Fisher, 4th Ward Councilman Ruben Ramos, and perennial candidate Pat Waiters.
If these people would do something useful and stop promoting trans killers.
Of course, they will never, ever stop doing that. They try to force mental illness down our throats and remove the American right to self-defense. That’s a double dose of insane evil.

Moms Demand Action does NOT want to take your guns away (in your case, a rubber ducky water pistol), they advocate for gun ownership safety laws- like mandatory background checks, which sane Republicans largely support. If you ever reproduce (unlikely) then you’ll understand the fear of sending your loved one to school while lunatics have no obstacle to gun ownership. Bog respect for Emily who was a Moms Demand Action leader in Hudson County BEFORE she ever entered local politics.
Bog respect is right, Emily picked an unquantifiable issue to ride in on and is silent when shootings happen in the housing authority because Emily isn’t concerned with non-white children.

Moms Demand Action advocates for EVERYONE’S children and adults alike by lobbying for common sense gun safety legislation. Emily is only one Hoboken mom who supports their mission- she has a lot of company. Dads, too. And Republicans- safety is not partisan.
