Cops: Bayonne police investigating report of shots fired outside 7-Eleven

The Bayonne Police Department is investigating a report of shots fired outside the 7-Eleven convenience store on Avenue C over the weekend, authorities said.

On Saturday, November 28, Bayonne police received a call at 3:32 p.m. reporting that shots had been fired in the area of 463 Avenue C, the address of 7-Eleven, according to Police Lt. Janine Foy.

Police found a parked Ford Explorer with a broken rear view window at the location, however, there was no victim or shell casings in the area, officials said.

The vehicle was towed from the scene and the incident remains under investigation, police said.

  1. You have a right to own a gun. The Second Amendment is not for duck hunters. A gun is useless if it’s unloaded and locked in a safe in your car trunk. Conceal Carry is the law of the land. I walk the streets with my SIg 40 inside the belt as I am a man & a man has a gun. NJ in fact infringes on this right. With the local desk Sgt. application process & an appointed vs elected Judge making the decision. You don’t have to show a reason for your Constitutional Rights. Now Politicos, Retired Law Enforcement, Goons, Wise Guys & Folks with money all get this permit & NJ the secret state will not tell you who has them.
