On Saturday at about 12:50 a.m., near the intersection of 21st Street and Avenue C, a 29-year-old man reports that after exiting the 7-Eleven store, he was approached from behind by an unknown man with a knife who demanded that he give him all of his money, Police Capt. Eric Amato said.

As the victim attempted to flee, he fell to the ground and the aggressor proceeded to kick him and threatened to kill him if he didn’t given him his money.

As a result, the victim complied and the actor fled. No arrests have been made at this time and no further information was immediately available.
